The machine produces high quality books utilizing a full milling, notching and roughing station, employing a carbide saw blade. This allows for perfectly even milling and roughing - even on a 2" thick book! The side glue attachment allows for the side gluing of hinge covers.

THE STERLING COLLATOR/GATHERER will collate anything - That's right, anything. It will handle a greater variety of stock than any other collator on the market. Collate stocks from as thin as onion skin to as thick as 1/4" pads. The stations are positioned on both sides, reducing the overall length of the machine by almost half. Collate up to 6,000 sets per hour. Collate single sheets, signatures, tabs, NCR, zig-zag folds, maps, envelopes, stitched booklets, greeting cards, and 1/4" pads. 6-48 stations are available in 6 station modules.
